As I believe I indicated to Senator Tarr, this office would have no jurisdiction over a larceny that you allege was committed in Middlesex County.
I will forward this affidavit to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office for their consideration. I believe that bit would be very helpful in gaining a full understanding of events that you forward any supporting documentation through Senator Tarr to the Middlesex County Districts Attorney's Office.
