    FEDERAL JUDGE'S BEHAVIOR ATTRACTING NATIONWIDE ATTENTION

            Mediation efforts have continued directly with Washington officials, attempting to correct Judge Edward Harrington's invalid federal orders issued without jurisdiction. Two proposals submitted by the Sweeneys have been quickly rejected by the FDIC with no counter offer and no agreement for Washington meetings with Bishop Dyer and Senator Tarr, as promised.             The underlying issue of money and payment of the note does not appear to be the determining settlement factor by the FDIC. We believe that Chairman Hove is using the threat of Janet Reno's use of armed federal agents (U. S. Marshal Service) as coercion to quash the Sweeneys' underlying fraud claims.             The Sweeneys have contacted Massachusetts Governor Cellucci requesting that their state rights be protected under the Massachusetts Constitution and the U. S. Constitution should a U. S.             We need your committee to investigate Judge Harrington's behavior and unlawful possession of our state court original records. Our records must be returned to the lawful court of jurisdiction, Middlesex Superior Court, Cambridge, MA.
