Subject: U. S. HOUSE BANKING COMMITTEE HEARINGS
FEBRUARY 24, 1998
We have learned through the League of Private Property Voters that you have a voting record which supports the Private Property rights of the American people. Therefore we request your support on a very important Private Property dispute between the Sweeney family and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Please have this Memorandum serve as a request that you sponsor our request to appear before the U. S. House Banking Committee hearings on February 24, 1998 with Federal Reserve Chairman Greenspan. The reason for this request is to provide the U. S. House Banking Committee with valuable evidence relevant to the Private Property Rights of individuals, small business owners, and all American taxpayers whom have suffered devastating loss of property and taxdollars because of fraud and failed economic policies of the Federal Reserve and the Federal Banking Agencies.
In support of this request, we refer you to previous hearings in which Rhetta B. Sweeney has participated, providing evidence of failed policies by the federal banking agencies, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Resolution Trust Corporation. Senator Cohen, as Chairman of the U. S. Senate Oversight Committee and Representative Peter Torkildsen, Chairman of U. S. House Small Business Committee, addressed those failed policies by introducing corrective legislation which has not yet become law. Go To: http://www.qui-tam.com (Click on U. S. House and U. S. Senate)
We seek to provide the U. S. House banking committee and the American people with further documentation of fraud in the banking industry at the hearings on February 24, 1998. Would you please contact Chairman Leach and tell him you support our request to testify and submit documentation which proves on the face of verified court and agency documents that Private Property Rights are being violated by the banking industry and the federal banking agencies.
Thank you for your consideration.
