Dear Ms. Davies,
Thank you for your recent letter in response to our request for your investigation of alleged wrongdoing in Middlesex Superior court in regard to the Sweeney family of Hamilton. We appreciate your prompt response and attentiveness to our request, and write in the hope of further clarification of the matter at hand.
Certainly it is our understanding that your office does not oversee the judiciary, federal agencies, or other federal entities. Yet a component of this dispute, as we understand it, involves the improper removal of documents from the possession of the court by one or more individuals. Since this allegation continues to resurface, you can understand the importance of addressing it in an appropriate and expeditious manner.
Accordingly, we would truly appreciate your further counsel in this matter. Thus, we would like to inquire as to whether, if documents were improperly obtained from the clerk's office and later secreted to the detriment of a party to litigation, would this be a criminal act within the jurisdiction of your office? Should this not be within the jurisdiction, would you kindly refer us to the appropriate prosecutional agency?
Thank you once again for your valuable assistance in this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we may provide any further information in this regard.
